PT Bonzer Files....G&S Surfboards
Times have changed! Remember when you'd turn up on the North Shore and rent a house for the Winter with a mate! In my 2nd winter '73-'74 Ian Cairns and I rented this Backyards house for 4months from Mr's Tokanaga, it was "Big Wally" and I with "Little Lisa" and Pat Cairns showed up too, and some house guests, Wayne Deane, Maurice Cole, Terry Richardson and Hawaiian Jackie Eberle. I also had one of those boards that were "magic", a 7'1" Bonzer mini-gun I shaped @ G&S, Cronulla(Would become great mate Steve Core's board)that was my small wave board in the quiver that Winter. Those were the days!
