Ask Governor Brown to help get lost dogs home

We all know that licensing our dogs is an important part of being a responsible dog owner. But did you know that fewer than one in five dogs in California is licensed? That not only means too many unidentifiable dogs wind up in shelters, but that shelters don’t get much-needed licensing revenue to help homeless pets. The legislature sent Governor Brown a bill (AB 1121) that would make dog licensing easier in California. He’s got just a few days left to decide what to do with the bill: Will you please join us in urging him to sign it?
