Baba Salah Cissé is one of the most accomplished guitar virtuosos in Mali
Most of you are more than familiar with his guitar sound ,heard in numerous recordings of Oumou Sangare,Ibrahim Hamma Dicko,Sidi Touré ,etc and of course almost everywhere in Mali
through heavy airplay .
His 2 records that I'm aware of,Gao and Borey are a mixture of Malian pop,"blues-rock",and Songhai sound.
