Making the "impossible jump" look almost too easy, Maddison thrilled the crowd with his adrenalin fueled flight for the Red Bull New Year No Limits TV Special broadcast live on ESPN. He roared off the ramp going almost vertical to a height of well over one hundred feet before touching down atop the L'Arc de Triomphe at the Paris Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. With a quick stop to wave to the crowd he then jumped off the ninety-six foot structure into a fifty foot free fall before making a safe landing and stop.
