The noir 'long shot' from Orson Welles 1958 film "Touch Of Evil" Another great scene with Marlena Ditrich here. I was once was involved in a music video that we wanted this look for the live band shots. Needless to say, the director took his liberties with the concept but did manage to get some good noir footage. A re-edit would do it justice. See 'Pinch' soon on the Bugnoise Blog. Anyway, what a great movie. Especially the Orson performance. And also Mr. Heston's 'tour de force' as a Mexican.
