"In The Street"

* Big Star "In The Street" (live) I've seen Alex many times as a solo with band and it's great but a little bar rockish! I was glad to see they did the reunion even lacking Chris bell it's was a gift! If any is not familiar with the band your really missing something special! Big Star 3rd is my top pick but this is post Bell's departure. This LP is more somber but with great variety and a guest by Steve Cropper. #1 and Radio City are great but super polished and have a "Hunky Dory" sort of sound. Also the Live Radio sessions is GREAT with some acoustic versions and a stellar version of John Prine's "Motel Blues"! Enjoy!!!!!
