Durutti Column - "Jacqueline" (Live 1988) Taped off BBC2 over the August Bank Holiday 1988, one of three songs shown as part of the "Intruders at the Palace" gig. I had the pleasure of seeing this very line-up at the Roxy, I think in '85 when my buddies in the band "Abecedarians"(an L.A. based FACT group) opened the show. Amazing show! Just 3 of 'em filling out a sonic landscape. Vinni Reilly stole the show of course yet the drummer we named "Grandpa"(Munsters) was a non stop source of feel and orchestral genius. A true non-conformist drummer. I'm so glad they're still making LP's! The 1st 4 LP's are my pick for purchase although contact me for any samples you want! (That goes for any Bugnoise tracks) Enjoy!
