"Rides Again"

Dan Malloy is just one supporter of the Patagonia suits and here looks to be riding that "Shelter" model Bonzer.(i could be wrong about the board)

Here again is more on the Patagonia "Regulator" fullsuits.
I've been using the 3/3 for the last half of the winter and until now.
Granted I don't really need the extra warmth this suit has provided me but I will say I've never been cold(I've had it in low 50's) and I've also never been too hot!(had it in the mid sixties)
The only minor problem was a minor seam split and when I brought this up the Pat peeps were handing me a new suit!(I repaired it myself for the time being hoping to exchange my suit for the 2nd generation and try out the new changes with hopefully an attatched hood?)
Knowing I was getting a new suit, I began not to treat the suit as gingerly as in the beginning and I must say the thing is alot more rugged than most think!
I'm in process of switching out now into the 2/2 model as the 3/3's are out of stock.
This works out great for me cuz I've taken on my own little R&D project with these suits and so far I'm a huge believer.
Oh and THEE most comfortable suit ever!
The price may be high yet getting one of these suits(with the Patagonia seal) will outlast the yearly shop for the latest style and color of an evil Quicksilver or etc.
These suits, in my opinion, look better, feel better, work better and do a hell of a lot less to the environment than the others.
I really hope they stick with it!

(What happens to used wetsuits anyway??? I'd say mostly thrown away, as WASTE.)
Thanks to 70%.org
for the continuing thread on the suits.
