"Don't Bring Reminders"

Shaped by Neal Purchase Sr. The Schnub is a design combination of MP’s “Morning of the Earth” Kirra shape and the 80’s Occy thruster. The wide tail and long rail help this board maintain maximum down the line speed, as well as fast responsive manoeuvrability. Ranges in size from 5'8" to 6'4". The Schnub is great for paddling into anything up to six feet. It’s modernised features include glassed-on smaller side fins for maintaining hold and drive through turns, and a fin box which comes with a larger back fin for endless experimentation. Note: The Cheyne Horan/Ben Lexen Starfin has been working exceptionally well with this design. Shaped by Neal Purchase Sr. A good wave board with forward wide point platform for tube riding. Comes in sizes from 6'6" and up. Ridden with a larger back fin and smaller side fins. A fin combination with the drive and speed of a single fin, plus the added holding of the side fins. This board comes with a back fin box, for travel and for experimenting with different sizes and foils. Channels are an option and recommended. http://www.litmus.com.au/ Neil Purchase JR. is a damn good surfer that very few know unless you've seen 'Glass Love' by Andrew Kidman. He's got a backhand reminiscent of Wayne, yet progressive and loads o' style. The main reason for this post is the 'Parmenter' influenced boards you see here and can see in the movie as well. I've allways been a fan of having some width up front but at the same time trying not hinder performance by going all retro. Yeh, I've got some old style boards, but I feel all of 'em still carry something to offer modern surfing today. I'll say it again,'Only a foolish student ignores the history and evolution of their craft'. I suppose if you believe in creationism, then there's no need to think at all. I digress.
